2. Data we process
Through the contact form we only collect the data the user provides voluntarily: name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of the message. We do not collect special categories of data or carry out profiling.
3. Purpose
- Answering enquiries and meeting requests.
- Managing any pre-contractual or contractual relationship that may follow.
4. Legal basis
The data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by submitting the form, and pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Retention period
For as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, at most, one (1) year from the last contact — unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case data will be kept for the periods required by tax, accounting and commercial law.
6. Recipients and processors
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Our technology providers access data as processors under art. 28 GDPR agreements:
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of contact form submissions by email (processing region: EU, Ireland).
- Hostinger — corporate email service.
- The website hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@axivor.es with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures under art. 32 GDPR: encrypted communications (HTTPS), access control and data minimisation.
9. Accuracy
The user guarantees that the data provided is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.

This policy may be updated due to regulatory or business changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
