Privacy policy

1. Data controller

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the controller of the data collected on this website and through our quotation request forms on Facebook and Instagram is:

2. Data we process

Through the contact form we only collect the data the user provides voluntarily: name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of the message. Our Facebook and Instagram forms also request a phone number and answers about the project, planned budget and timing. We receive the form and ad references to identify the source of the enquiry. We do not collect special categories of data.

We use Cauce, our contact management system, to record enquiries and follow-up activity. Advertising forms may close an enquiry without sending it to us when the stated budget is below the advertised minimum price or no budget is available. You can request a review by a person by emailing info@axivor.es.

3. Purpose

  • Answering enquiries and meeting requests.
  • Assessing projects and preparing quotations, with follow-up by email, WhatsApp or telephone.
  • Managing any pre-contractual or contractual relationship that may follow.

4. Legal basis

The data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by submitting the form, and pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention period

For as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, at most, one (1) year from the last contact — unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case data will be kept for the periods required by tax, accounting and commercial law.

6. Recipients and processors

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Our technology providers access data as processors under art. 28 GDPR agreements:

  • Resend, Inc. — delivery of contact form submissions by email (processing region: EU, Ireland).
  • Hostinger — corporate email service.
  • The website hosting provider.

If you complete a form on Facebook or Instagram, or use WhatsApp to communicate with us, Meta processes usage data from those platforms under its own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@axivor.es with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures under art. 32 GDPR: encrypted communications (HTTPS), access control and data minimisation.

9. Accuracy

The user guarantees that the data provided is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated due to regulatory or business changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
